ANDY ROO B DOO IS TWO!!!!!

My Little boy turns 2 today!!!

I am so happy & grateful to have Andrew in my life!! He literally is a light! He makes everyone smile just being around him.

Here are some of the things I love most about my little guy & some of his favorite things, as my tribute to this angel ;)

* Roo Loves Loves Loves trucks, balls, go-go's (cars), & anything else he can throw or drive around.

* He also loves barbie (he's well rounded ;))but his favorite barbie is Sami's dog walking barbie that is coincidently the only one wearing a "thong" ... which Roo does check to make sure is there everyday. LOL (just one of the guys I guess)

* Roo is talking more & more everyday. He repeats just about anything you ask him to, although he still speaks more gibberish than english. He loves to repeat the same question his sister just asked so if you're not sure what he's saying just repeat your answer & he'll be satisfied.

* He loves bikes! : whether its his, Sami's, daddy's or some poor little girl who just parked hers while she played at the part. ;)

* He loves shoes (boots especially)

* He can climb & get into EVERYTHING. There may be "child proof" but we have learned that there is NO "Roo proof".

* He brushes his teeth atleast 5 times everyday.

* Andrew is a cowboy in waiting ... he loves to ride anything & anyone. Don't ever turn your back on this kid or you will be mounted. :)

* He LOVES animals! He rides the dogs, feeds the horses, carries the cat & pets, hugs & kisses them all! (poor pets ;))

* He loves big sister & big cousins! (He also loves little cousins.) He asks daily where all his "friends" (cousins) are by name (this takes at least half an hour before he'll move on.)

* He refuses to let Lucas have a name & will only refer to him as "baby" or "big guy" But he loves him all the same & always has a kiss for his little brother.

* He pronounces Sami as Da mee & it always makes me smile when he says "hi da mee!!!"

* His favorite person is still papa (grandpa) although it is a close race w/papapa (great grandpa).

* Roo loves books! He's always on the go but if he sees a "bup" (book) he will back into your lap & have you read to him for atleast an hour. ;) I cherish these times <3 <3 <3

* Roo has been able to get out of his crib for about 5 months now. Which means we have been playing "go to bed" 2 hrs every night, for the last 5 months!

But he's still pretty darn cute even when its 2am & he comes out just to say "hi mommy" & play w/his trucks like its nothing out of the ordinary.

* He loves to wash dishes, either by hand or w/the dishwasher ... he can do both ;)

* He loves 4wheelers, tractors, or lawn mowers. He just LOVES TO RIDE!

* Roo can already open doors: fridge, bedroom, bathroom, back, front, car ...everything!

* Andy Roo also gets car sick. any ride through a canyon when he's awake & you can almost guarantee he'll puke.

* he's tough! It takes a LOT to get this kid down. He'll have bruises, goose eggs, concussion (j/k) you name it & he'll still get right back up.

* He LOVEs "blah blahs" & his cousins Love that if they tell him to ask for one he'll get it cause its too cute & that means they'll get one too .... See we're on to you Syd & Breq!

Ok so these are just a few things that make Roo, "Roo". He is amazingly smart & talented he's strong & coordinated. I LOVE my Roo B Doo & wish him the VERY VERY BEST BIRTHDAY!!

He's 2!!

YELLOWSTONE 2011

Yellowstone this year was extra fun! Andy Roo got to come for the first time and Sami is old enough and has enough experience that I now trust her to ride w/others. Plus she doesn't get bored as easily and Roo slept a lot on the sleds ;D
Here we are just hangin out in the condo... the kids thought the murphy bed was the coolest thing ever!!

Sami takin a pic of mom after I did her hair ... not too bad for a 4yr old!!
kiddos helping me make dinner after a long day of snowmobiling and swimming.
We ran into some moose on the 2nd day riding and this is as close as my babies over protective mama would let us get. Some other riders sped past us, too busy looking at us and wondering why we stopped on the trail, to notice the moose until they got a little too close and one of those mama's decided to charge a bit just to make them keep their distance. I was thinking we might need to get out the camera just incase we got on when animals attack.... but alas ...no such luck.
We all waited quite a while before they chose to leave and let us have the road. Big Beautiful creatures!!
This is one very friendly wolf @ the grizzly & wolf habitat.
More snowmobiling pics..... yes Roo rode the entire time w/his bink.
